Nilesh Mandaliya possesses extensive experience in engineering management, particularly in the design and development of seating plastics. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Technical Lead Plastics at Adient since August 2016, Nilesh oversees a team of over 20 engineers for North American programs, focusing on tactical planning, resource management, budgeting, and process enhancement. Previous roles include Sr. Lead Engineer at Johnson Controls and Lead Engineer at Tata Johnson Controls, where Nilesh contributed to vehicle programs for major manufacturers such as Honda and Toyota. Nilesh's career began at Bajaj Tempo Ltd. as a Design Engineer, specializing in the design of BIW welding fixtures. Nilesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Cusrow Wadia Institute Of Technology.
