Jin Xu has a strong background in the field of clinical research, with extensive experience in various roles at different companies. Jin Xu began their career as a Research Technician at Dana Farber Cancer Institute in 1999 and then worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center from 2006 to 2008. They then joined UCSF as a Postdoctoral Fellow from 2008 to 2013.

In 2013, Jin Xu transitioned to Genentech, where they held multiple positions including Clinical Scientist, Senior Clinical Scientist, and finally Business Manager for PDO hematology from 2013 to 2019.

From 2019 to 2020, Jin Xu worked as the Director of Clinical Science at Forty Seven Inc. They then joined Gilead Sciences as a Director of Clinical Research, and later as a Senior Director of Clinical Research from 2020 to 2022.

In 2022, Jin Xu joined TenSixteen Bio as the Senior Director of Clinical Development. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Clinical Science at Adicet Bio Inc, starting in 2023.
