Shanille Commons, MBA has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Shanille began as Building Manager at Davenport University Student Center in 2015. In 2017, they took on the role of Human Resource Compensation and Benefits Intern at Booking.com. In 2018, they became Talent Acquisition Specialist at CareerStaff Unlimited, where they provided recruiting and sourcing support to local offices, assisted in the recruitment of internal candidates nationwide, developed and maintained strong working relationships with Hiring Managers, and leveraged online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates. In 2019, they took on the role of Patient Account Representative/Medical Billing Assistant at Pace Dermatology Associates. In 2020, they became Operations Manager, Clinical Call Center and Network Development/Recruitment Manager at R3 Continuum. Most recently, in 2021, Shanille Commons, MBA took on the roles of Director of Talent Acquisition & Patient/Provider Quality Assurance and Talent Acquisition Manager at ADHD Online, LLC.
Shanille Commons holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resource Management from Davenport University, which they obtained in 2017. Shanille then went on to receive their Master's Degree- MBA in Business Adminstration with a Concentration in Healthcare Management from Pacific Lutheran University in 2019.
