Peter Aruja has extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR systems, currently serving as the HR Systems & Technology Lead at ADGA Group since December 2019, where responsibilities include driving the HR systems and technology roadmap to achieve a digital and data-driven HR model. Prior to ADGA, Peter was a Talent Acquisition Manager at IQVIA, specializing in recruiting technology professionals across multiple business lines. With a background as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at The AIM Group Inc., Peter led recruitment for engineering and technical roles and also served as an Account Manager. Earlier experience includes the role of Operations Supervisor at Harding Mechanical.
