Christina Bittinger-Melito has over 16 years of experience in the creative industry. Christina is currently working as a Creative Director at ADG Creative since February 2017.
Before their current role, Christina worked at Frank. Strategic Marketing as a Senior Interactive Designer from August 2012 to February 2017. During this time, they were responsible for designing interactive, email, digital banner ads, print, packaging, trade show displays, and social media campaigns. Christina also managed web development partners, project schedules, and client relationships.
From 2005 to 2012, Christina worked as a Design Coordinator at the Production Club of Baltimore. Prior to that, they were a Graphic Designer at Bates Creative Group from 2009 to 2012, where they worked on a variety of design projects including branding, tablet magazine apps, print, and social media.
Christina also has experience as an Interactive Art Director at ADG Creative from 2009 to 2012. Christina'srole involved creating designs for web, e-learning solutions, social media, print, and environmental displays for clients in various industries.
Additionally, Christina has held positions as a Designer at AIGA Baltimore in 2011, Designer at the Packard Center for ALS Research from 2008 to 2009, and Graphic Designer at Frank. Strategic Marketing from 2006 to 2009.
Christina started their career as a Student at Stevenson University from 2004 to 2006 and worked as a Television and Print Graphics Specialist at CETV Channel 21 from 2001 to 2005. In this role, they created print collateral and collaborated with printers for print production.

Christina Bittinger-Melito has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Visual Communications from Stevenson University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed an Associates Degree in Fine Art from Carroll Community College between 2001 and 2003. More recently, in 2017, Christina earned a Certificate of Completion in User Experience Design from General Assembly. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Leading for Creativity from IDEO U in May 2020.
