Donna Jones has extensive experience in the field of substance misuse and mental health services. Since June 2004, Donna has served as a Recovery Practitioner at Substance Misuse Services and has held the role of Service Manager at Adferiad Recovery since October 2018. In addition to these positions, Donna coordinates mental health initiatives at Caniad and has been involved in homeless and community research as a Volunteer for Agro Cymru and as a researcher at WOTS from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, since 2014, Donna has operated as a self-employed holiday and domestic cleaner, offering competitive services. Currently pursuing a BA Hons in Combined Studies at Bangor University, Donna brings a wealth of practical experience, including individual support, group work, risk assessment, and community engagement.
