Sushma Garg has a diverse work experience in the field of public relations and media. Sushma joined Adfactors PR in December 2019 as an Account Manager and later became a Senior Account Manager in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Value 360 Communications Private Limited for four years as an Associate Manager in PR & Client Servicing. Sushma also gained experience as a Correspondent at EFY Group from March 2015 to August 2015, and at CyberMedia from June 2013 to March 2015. Sushma began their career at HT Media Ltd as a Sub Editor in 2011.

Sushma Garg attended Jagannath International Management School, Vasant Kunj from 2008 to 2011. Sushma pursued a Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication degree with a focus on Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs.
