Rupali Pant has a diverse work experience in the field of public relations and communications. Rupali is currently working as an Assistant Account Manager at Adfactors PR since October 2022, where they lead and executes communications activities for clients in the energy and infrastructure sector. Rupali has also briefly handled Air India, drafting content such as press releases and creating communication plans for the airline's spokespersons and brand.

Prior to their current role, Rupali worked at Edelman India from 2016 to 2022. Rupali served as a Senior Account Executive, managing key account pieces for the Airbus mandate and bridging the gap between the client and the internal creative team. As an Account Executive, they developed content for policy advocacy tools and assisted Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) and Shell in their communication and awareness strategies.

Rupali's early work experience includes internships at Edelman and Hindustan Times. During their internship at Edelman, they conducted government stakeholder mapping, developed CSR advocacy plans, and engaged in new business development activities. At Hindustan Times, they worked as an intern.

Rupali also had roles at Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication, where they were part of the Media Relations Team for the Fest-O-Comm communications festival. Rupali wrote press releases, conducted media mapping, and ensured media coverage for the festival.

Rupali Pant completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Communication Management from Symbiosis Institute Of Media And Communication, Pune, between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a PG Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi, from 2012 to 2013. Rupali obtained their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from St. Bede's College, Shimla, between 2009 and 2012. Rupali'shigh school education, specializing in Commerce in Class 11 and 12, was completed at Scholars Home, Dehradun, from 2006 to 2009.
