Muskan Mathur has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 with HCL Technologies as a Business Analyst. Muskan then worked as a Business Analyst at eBizneeds from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, they interned at LinOpinion Golin Harris as a Marketing and Communication Intern and worked at Shobiz Experiential Communications as a Brand Strategist. In 2016, they worked as a Public Relations Consultant at Percept Profile. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Head of Public Relations at Internet Moguls. In 2018, they joined PR Pundit as a Senior Communications Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Account Manager at Adfactors PR from January 2020.

Muskan Mathur completed their Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from Amity School of Engineering and Technology, Noida, from 2008 to 2012. Muskan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Communication Management from Symbiosis International University from 2014 to 2016.
