Mansimer Kaur started their work experience as an IELTS Trainer at Manitoba International in January 2020, where they worked until March 2020. In May 2021, they joined Career Domain as the Head of Public Relations Interns and remained in the role until July 2021. In July 2021, they worked as a Business Developer at Media Mantra for two months. From November 2021 to January 2023, they worked as an Account Executive at QuikRelations India. Currently, they are employed as an Account Executive at Adfactors PR, starting from January 2023.

Mansimer Kaur's education history begins in 2015 when they attended Sri Guru Harkrishan Senior Secondary Public School. Here, they pursued a degree in Commerce with a focus on Mass Communication/Media Studies. Mansimer completed this program in 2017.

From 2017 to 2020, Mansimer Kaur studied at BBK DAV College for women in Amritsar. Mansimer pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) with a regular course structure.

Currently, Mansimer Kaur is enrolled at Chitkara University, where they began studying in 2020. Mansimer is pursuing a Master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication (MAJMC) with a specialization in Public Relations/Image Management. This program is expected to be completed in 2022.
