Jyoti Tanwar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jyoti started their career in 2010 as a Senior Software Engineer at IGATE Computer System Ltd, where they contributed to project planning, estimation, manual testing, and database testing. In 2014, they had internships at both BIRLA Wealth Management and Bank of Baroda, gaining exposure to the financial industry. Jyoti then completed an internship at the Treasury Department of State Bank of Mauritius in 2014. From 2015 to 2016, Jyoti worked in Investor Relations at S-ANCIAL GLOBAL SOLUTONS, where they were responsible for various tasks such as preparing investor communication material, conducting perception studies, and analyzing financial statements. Jyoti moved on to Kotak Mahindra Bank in 2015, holding the position of Deputy Manager in the Quality and Control Department. Their responsibilities included publishing reports, testing new software, process improvement, and providing customer support. In 2017, Jyoti joined Adfactors PR, focusing on financial communications. Jyoti then had a brief secondment at Lansons in 2019. Throughout their work experience, Jyoti has demonstrated a strong skill set in various areas such as communication, analysis, and project management.

Jyoti Tanwar completed their Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from FR.CONCEICAO RODRIGUES COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING from 2006 to 2010. Jyoti then pursued a Master's in Management Studies (MMS) with a specialization in Finance from Lala Lajpatrai Institute Of Management from 2013 to 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Jyoti obtained a Post Graduate Certification in Digital Marketing & Communications from MICA and UpGrad in May 2020, and a Specialisation in Social Media and Content Marketing from the same institution in June 2020. Jyoti also earned a certification in Social Media Content Marketing from Udemy in May 2019, and an NCFM certification from NSE IT in September 2014.
