Phil Wille is a Process Engineer at ADF Engineering, Inc. since May 2013, specializing in the design and revision of Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) and the evaluation and improvement of chemical processes to ensure a reliable and safe manufacturing environment. Prior to this role, Phil Wille served as a Corrosion Researcher at UDRI from February 2011 to April 2013, focusing on corrosion research for the Naval Research Lab, employing SKP and LEIS methods, and presenting findings based on empirical data. Earlier experience includes a position as a Software Troubleshooter at UDIT from February 2010 to February 2011, where responsibilities included providing technical support to the academic community. Phil Wille earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton in 2013.
