Naiqin Wu has extensive work experience in analytics and data management. They have held various roles at different companies, including Adevinta and eBay Classifieds Group, where they served as the Head of Analytics Solutions. Prior to that, they worked at Abcam as an Analyst Programmer and at Historical Engineering as a Software Engineer. They also have experience in search engine optimization, having worked as a Search Engine Optimization Assistant at Web Certain.

Naiqin Wu earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Tongji University in 2006. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from the University of York, which they completed in 2007. In 2024, Naiqin Wu obtained the certification of AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
