Carlo Lombardi has a diverse work experience in finance and controlling roles. Carlo is currently the Head of Finance at Adevinta since July 2023, and prior to that, they held the position of Head of FP&A from October 2021 to July 2023. Before their time at Adevinta, Lombardi worked as the Head of Group Controlling at IED Istituto Europeo di Design from February 2019 to October 2021. Carlo also has experience at Sky Italia, where they served as the NOW TV Head of Controlling from March 2017 to January 2019, an Efficiency Project Manager from June 2015 to March 2017, and a Revenues and Subscribers Base Controller from December 2014 to March 2017. Lombardi began their career at Accenture, where they held various roles including IGEM Business Unit Finance Manager from May 2013 to December 2014, Middle East Head of Controlling from November 2011 to May 2013, Finance Controller from August 2008 to November 2011, and Junior Project Manager from September 2006 to August 2008.

Carlo Lombardi completed their Master's degree in Marketing at Università degli Studi di Milano from 2001 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Languages from Liceo Classico Melchiorre Gioia from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Carlo has also obtained various certifications, including a Whitebelt certificate with Lean focus from Sky in 2017, an E.C.D.L. Diploma from AICA - Associazione Italiana per l'Informatica e il Calcolo Automatico in 2003, a DELF Diploma 1er degré from Alliance Française de Bologne in 2001, and a Trinity Diploma in Spoken English for Speakers of Other Languages with a Grade 8 passed with Merit from Trinity College Dublin in 2001.
