Manoj Parmesh has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Manoj is currently working as the Chief People Officer at ADES - Advanced Energy Systems. Prior to this, they were the Global HR Head - Integrated Services & Projects at Weatherford. Manoj also worked as a Consultant at Weatherford and as a self-employed consultant. Earlier in their career, Manoj held the position of Chief People Officer at Renaissance Services and held various HR leadership positions at Weatherford and Reliance Industries Limited. Manoj started their career as a Manager-HR at VKL Seasoning Pvt Ltd and as an Assistant Manager-HR at THEJO Engineering Ltd. Manoj has a strong track record of driving HR transformation, strategic partnership, and employee engagement initiatives.

Manoj Parmesh received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Calicut in 1993. In 2004, they completed a Post Graduate Certificate Program in Management with a field of study in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. In 2017, Manoj earned an EPGM degree in Strategy, Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Manoj also obtained the Chartered FCIPD qualification from CIPD in 2019. Furthermore, in 2022, Manoj obtained additional certifications in Corporate Governance from Columbia Business School, Executive Coaching from LinkedIn, and How to Be More Strategic in Six Steps from LinkedIn.
