Shefali Jain began working as a data scientist intern at Zvesta.com in June 2018, where they stayed until August 2018. In February 2019, they joined Adeptia as a Software Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Shefali Jain pursued their education in the field of Computer Science and Networking. Shefali attended Kasturba Institute of Technology from 2013 through 2016, where they completed a degree in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in Networking. Following that, they enrolled at Teerthanker Mahaveer University in Moradabad from 2016 to 2019, obtaining a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science.
