Mark J. Jorgensen is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in operations and human resources within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Adeo since June 2014, Jorgensen focuses on enhancing business operations and fostering a culture of independence for individuals with disabilities through various programs. Previously, as a Human Resources Manager, emphasis was placed on creating a positive work environment and aligning recruitment and retention strategies with organizational goals. Prior roles include serving as a Human Resources Consultant at HRMC, Inc., and Vice President of Human Resources at Center Partners, Inc., where Jorgensen successfully developed HR systems that adhered to regulatory requirements. Mark J. Jorgensen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
