Rafael Moreira de Assis is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and innovation within various sectors, including e-commerce and education. Currently serving as the CTO of Ademicon since August 2020, Rafael has been instrumental in establishing the company's first agile squad and shaping IT and innovation strategies. Prior roles include Head of Innovation at ACCT Consulting & Technology and various leadership positions at its4 Company, where Rafael oversaw the deployment of a new LMS tool across multiple countries. With a strong foundation in software development, Rafael has held engineering roles in startups such as Futbet, AppHere, Braspay, and Qoiza Inc, contributing to the advancement of diverse technology solutions. Rafael holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development from Centro Universitário Franciscano.
