Sharan Randhawa is a Senior Research Manager at Adelphi Values, a position held since August 2016, after progressing through roles including Research Manager and Senior Research Associate. Prior experience includes serving as a Quality Assurance Administrator at All Answers Ltd from December 2013 to July 2016, and as a Research Assistant at Nottingham University Hospital for a brief period in 2013, where responsibilities included conducting a mixed methods study on preoperative anxiety. Sharan Randhawa holds a Master of Science in Health Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University.
