Anya Francis possesses extensive experience in research and support roles within healthcare and community services. Currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at Adelphi Values since October 2018, Anya previously held positions as a Research Associate and Research Assistant at NHS from November 2017 to September 2018. Anya's earlier roles include Team Leader at David Lewis Centre, where support was provided to adults with complex needs, and Care Officer at Richmond Fellowship. Anya also worked as a Community Link Worker at The University of Manchester, contributing to the Offender Health Research Network, and as an Applied Behavioural Analysis Therapist at UK YAP, focusing on children with autism. Anya holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from the University of Hull and has received A Levels in Art, Graphic Design, Psychology, and Classical Civilisations.
