Ritisha Nigam is an experienced Human Resource professional with over one year of expertise in HR across both US and Indian markets. Currently serving as a Human Resource Generalist at AdElement since May 2024, Ritisha previously worked at Dss Interiors Private Limited, managing various HR functions and ensuring operational efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Intern at Internshala Trainings and TopTrove Foundation, where foundational HR skills were developed.
