Thilan Herath is an accomplished professional in Human Resources Management with extensive experience at Orfium Sri Lanka since March 2015, serving in various roles including Director of People of Culture and Head of People & Culture/Finance. Prior to Orfium, Thilan worked at EFutures Private Limited and the Sri Lanka Red Cross Society in HR-related positions. Thilan's educational background includes multiple MBA degrees in Talent Management from VERN' University and the University of South Brittany, as well as an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Colombo, coupled with further qualifications in Human Resources Management from various institutes.
