Helani Kathriarachchi currently serves as an HRIS Data Specialist in People & Culture at Orfium Sri Lanka since October 2024, specializing in the HiBob HRIS. Prior to this, Helani worked as a Human Resources Executive at Wavenet from December 2023 to October 2024, managing day-to-day HR operations, employee life cycle management, HR analytics, and reports, utilizing the Cemex HRIS. Helani also held a similar position at JAT Holdings PLC from December 2021 to December 2023, overseeing daily HR operations in both brush and paint manufacturing facilities. Earlier experience includes an HR internship at Ceywater Consultants Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities involved HRIS implementation and employee record maintenance. Helani's educational background encompasses a Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management, an Executive Certificate in Employment Law, and a Certificate in HRM, all obtained through the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
