Nikki Hebenstreit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and climate change policy. Currently serving as the Sustainability Manager at Adelaide Airport Limited since February 2024, Nikki previously held the role of Principal Policy Officer (Climate Change) at the Department for Environment and Water. Nikki's background at EY included various positions in Climate Change and Sustainability Services, culminating in a Senior Manager role where strategic advice was provided to corporate and public sector clients. With an early career as a consultant with UNFCCC and a solicitor at Mellor Olsson, Nikki has a strong foundation in legal practice related to environmental issues. Educational credentials include a Master of Sustainability, Climate Change Policy and dual bachelor's degrees in Law (Hons.) and Environmental Studies from the University of Adelaide.
