Emre Kavukcuoğlu is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Adel Kalemcilik since July 2022. Previously, Emre held the position of HR Director at Anadolu Efes from August 2018 to July 2022 and served as HR Director at Efes Kazakhstan JSC FE from April 2014 to August 2018. Emre began working at Anadolu Efes in March 2006, progressing from Compensation and Benefits Manager to HR Supervisor. Earlier experience includes working as HR Chief and HR Generalist at Anadolu Group from September 2000 to March 2006, where Emre contributed to the development of HR systems, policies, and procedures. Emre Kavukcuoğlu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Istanbul University, completed in 2000, and attended Özel Saint-Michel Fransız Lisesi from 1987 to 1995.
