Safwan Darve has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Safwan most recently worked at Adeeb Group as a Facilities Engineer, where they were responsible for planning, conducting, and coordinating projects. Safwan provided specialist engineering knowledge and advice for building services, maintained HVAC systems and equipment, and advised on cost-effective programs. Prior to that, Safwan worked at Universal Voltas LLC as a Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing the maintenance and repairs of residential buildings, car parks, and bus shelters. Safwan managed and supervised a technical team, executed corrective and reactive maintenance, and prepared maintenance schedules. Earlier in their career, Safwan worked as a Plant Engineer at Gadre Marine Export Pvt Ltd, where they handled maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of refrigeration machinery. Safwan was also responsible for identifying and resolving any unusual problems and documenting the solutions used.

Safwan Darve started their education at Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth in Pune in 2007, where they pursued a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. After completing their diploma, they enrolled at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Engineering & Research and obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2009 to 2012.

In parallel, Safwan also attended Suvidya Institute of Technology from an unspecified start year until 2011, where they completed a Post Diploma in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.

Later on, Safwan Darve returned to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Engineering & Research to pursue another Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering, although the exact timeframe for this second degree is not provided.
