Previously, Chip held positions including Capture and Proposals at Altamira Technologies Corporation and Vice President of Bids and Proposals at MicroTech, where notable achievements included leading a successful proposal department during peak periods. Chip's diverse background also encompasses legal and bidding roles, including Vice President of Legal and Proposals at Markez, Inc., and General Counsel at Blue Gold, Inc. With a solid foundation in anti-corruption initiatives while serving in various capacities for USAID and the Iraqi Commission on Public Integrity, Chip’s academic credentials include a JD from The Catholic University of America and a Master's in American Government and Politics.
