Lu Chen is an experienced software developer specializing in full-stack development with expertise in technologies such as C#, Angular, WebApi, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and Python. At Addus HomeCare since June 2017, Lu Chen has been involved in the complete development lifecycle. Prior experience includes roles as a GIS/Software Programmer at Bencor from January 2015 to June 2017, focusing on object-oriented programming, GIS software development, and data management.
