Joseph Kan is a seasoned professional in the technology and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Business Unit Manager for Connectivity Solutions at Addtech AB since July 2019. With a background in developing customized solutions for HVAC and electronic testing, Joseph also holds the position of Business Development Board Member within the Components area at Addtech, overseeing approximately 30 companies. Prior to joining Addtech, Joseph managed Penlink AB for over a decade, successfully steering the company through its acquisition by Addtech while maintaining growth and profitability. Earlier roles include positions as Sales Engineer at Moog Inc. and Northrop Grumman, focusing on components and motion control solutions for the Nordic market. Joseph Kan's academic foundation is grounded in engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
