Kim Kristiansen has extensive work experience, starting from 1993. Most recently, Kim worked as the Vice President of Global Sales at AddSecure since May 2020. Before that, from 2019 to 2020, Kim was the VP Sales, North America at Digizuite, a major player in the global DAM market. From 2017 to 2019, Kim held the role of Chief Executive Officer (US) at TARGIT and prior to that, served as the VP Sales & Marketing (Americas) at the same company. Starting from 2008 to 2017, Kim worked as VP Sales at Perfion, growing and positioning the company as a leading PIM international independent mid-market software vendor. From 2008 to 2010, Kim also worked as VP Sales at MW Solutions, leading the company to become the leading Invoice Workflow software company in the Microsoft Dynamics AX community. In 2006 and 2007, Kim was the VP Sales & Partners Nordic at timeXtender as, helping establish the company as the leading Software Vendor of Data Warehouse Automation. From 2004 to 2005, Kim worked as a Project Manager at NeoProcess, leading strategic projects. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2004, Kim held various roles at Martin Professional A/S, including Group IT Manager and International Controller. Kim also worked as CFO at Pilkington Glass from 1996 to 1997 and as an International Controller at Scanvaegt International A/S from 1993 to 1996.
Kim Kristiansen pursued their education from 1985 to 1991 at Aarhus University, where they completed their Master's degree in Cand Oecon. In September 2020, they obtained a certification titled "Becoming Head of Sales: Developing Your Playbook" from LinkedIn.
