Petra Alund is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in managing large-scale IT operations and strategic technological initiatives. Currently serving as the CTO and Head of Technology at SEB since August 2017, Petra is responsible for developing and running banking software and infrastructure solutions with a team of approximately 3000 full-time employees and 400 consultants. Petra has held significant positions in various organizations, including CEO of Sandvik IT AB and advisory roles at Mindtree and PiiA. Educational achievements include executive programs at Stanford University and advanced degrees in International Economics from Linköping University and ESB Business School. Additionally, Petra serves on the board of Addnode Group AB and has been instrumental in driving technology advancements within the industry.
