Jimmy Abi Haidar is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Addmind Hospitality since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jimmy held the position of Outlet Manager at The Smallville Hotel from October 2021 to May 2022, and worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Appetito Trattoria for a brief period in mid-2021. Jimmy began a successful career in food and beverage service at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and LHW, Le Gray, from 2017 to 2020. Educationally, Jimmy holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from both Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne and Université La Sagesse, completing studies in 2018.
