Sophie Roscoe is a seasoned professional in the legal recruitment and resourcing operations sector, currently serving as Resourcing Operations Manager at Addleshaw Goddard since March 2019. With a progressive career at the firm that includes roles as Senior Resourcing Advisor and Resourcing Advisor, Sophie has developed expertise in aligning high-calibre talent with client needs in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, Sophie contributed to the Early Careers team at Leeds University Business School from September 2019 to September 2022 as a Mentor in the Nurturing Talent Mentor Scheme, earning a nomination for Mentor of the Year in 2020. Previous experience includes recruitment at Jet2.com, business development at tappit, and legal recruitment consultancy at Hays, along with various contract roles while residing in Australia and New Zealand.
