Tom Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tom began their career at Eli Lilly, where they worked as a Technical Services Engineer and later as a Six Sigma Core Team Leader, leading cross-functional teams and implementing quality and reliability improvement programs. Tom then transitioned to various roles at Eli Lilly, including Sales Representative, Associate Marketing Manager, Senior Hospital District Sales Manager, and Senior Hospital Marketing Director. During their time at Eli Lilly, they gained experience in brand leadership, marketing strategy, team management, and sales. Most recently, Tom has been working as the Vice President, Account Director at Addison Whitney, a global branding firm under Syneos Health. In this role, they have led business development and global branding projects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, specializing in therapeutic areas such as oncology, CNS, rare diseases, diabetes, and women's health.
Tom Williams has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, which they obtained between the years 1986 and 1991. Tom later pursued an M.B.A. in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, completing their studies between 1994 and 1996.
