Derrick Moore is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in application engineering and technical support. Since October 2009, Derrick has held multiple roles at Addison Lee Group, including Application Engineer and Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst, where responsibilities included monitoring and maintaining computer systems, diagnosing technical issues, and providing support to a team. Derrick also served as Driver Technical Support Team Leader, managing a technical support team and overseeing IT help desk operations for 4000 drivers. Prior experience includes roles as a Knowledge and Technical Administrator at Carphone Warehouse and Freelance Graphic Designer at Swoop Media. Derrick's career began as a Senior Customs Officer at Their Majesty's Customs and Excise, where data analysis and monitoring were key duties.
