Tasha Egan is a seasoned professional with significant experience in recruitment and team leadership, currently serving as Branch Manager for Addison Group since March 2018, where responsibilities include managing a team of up to 8 recruiters and overseeing a substantial yearly budget. Previously, Tasha held roles as an Executive Recruiter focusing on Human Resources and Administrative positions, where end-to-end recruitment operations were managed, and business expansion was driven through proactive outreach. Prior to Addison Group, Tasha coached at Madfrog Volleyball, developing players' skills and maintaining open communication with stakeholders, and worked as a Commercial Insurance Agent at Bell Insurance Group, providing personalized service and coverage recommendations. Tasha’s career began as an Underwriter at U.S. Risk Insurance Group, where insurance documents were prepared and risk assessments were conducted. Tasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Our Lady of the Lake University.
