Michael Strohmenger has extensive experience in payroll management and leadership roles. Michael most recently worked at Addison Group as a Sr Payroll Director. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Payroll at R1 RCM, where they led the payroll services team for North America and APAC. Before that, they held the position of Director of Payroll at General Growth Properties, where they initiated the vision of a shared services payroll department operating in multiple states. Michael also worked as a Payroll Manager at PLS Financial Services, managing the payroll environment for hundreds of retail locations. Earlier in their career, they served as a Payroll Manager at HNI Corporation and Madison Gas and Electric. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing payroll operations, ensuring compliance, and managing a team of payroll professionals.

Michael Strohmenger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Edgewood College.
