Martin Poulsen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Adding Engineering since August 2022, Martin previously held the position of Head of Project at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities included project portfolio management and development of project management documents for cooling and heat pump projects. Martin also worked as Chief Operating Officer at Arcon-Sunmark A/S, focusing on project portfolio management and the development of technical solutions, as well as creating an ERP system for project procurement. Early experience includes roles as General Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer at Union Engineering a/s. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University College - Vitus Bering Denmark.
