Sandra Nikcevic has over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial sectors, currently working at Addiko Bank Crna Gora since January 2008, where responsibilities include Client Value Management and CRM evaluations, as well as managing campaigns and retail segmentation analysis. Previously, Sandra held roles such as Product, Segment & Channel Management and CRM Campaign Manager, focusing on product development and employee training, and Head of the Brokerage Department, overseeing department management and legislative compliance. Prior experience includes working as a Broker/Dealer at Hypo Alpe-Adria-Broker-Dealer and as an Investment Manager and Broker at Management Company ā€œMoneta.ā€ Sandra is pursuing a degree as a Specialist in Financial Mathematics at the University of Montenegro, which has been ongoing since 2004.
