Mauricio Esteves has been working in the tech and security industries since 2009. From 2009 to 2014, they served in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces Specialist, where they administered supervisory responsibilities of 15 individuals, designed and developed training programs for over 200 Security Forces members, and managed and performed Security Forces tasks. During this same time period, they also worked at GameStop as a Senior Game Advisor. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at the US Air Force Reserve as an Operations Manager. Since 2019, they have been employed at Addigy Technology as a Solutions Architect, where they diagnose, troubleshoots, and resolves a range of software and connectivity issues, provides detailed descriptions of issues in the trouble ticket system, and follows up diligently to ensure swift resolutions.

Mauricio Esteves completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Computer Science from Miami Dade College between 2014 and 2016. Mauricio then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Florida International University, which they completed in 2020.
