Murray Allen has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Murray began their career as a Sponsored Engineer at Marconi command and control systems in 1985. Murray then worked as a Group Leader at the Rover Group from 1989 to 1994, where they developed powertrain electronics for BMW vehicles. Murray then joined BMW as a Group Leader and played a crucial role in developing powertrain electronics for their cars, 4x4s, and motorbikes.
