Nicole Diaz is an accomplished IT Support Specialist with extensive experience in audiovisual technology and user interface design. Currently employed at Addepar since December 2021, Nicole previously served as an Audiovisual Technician at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, managing audiovisual equipment and resolving technical issues. As a Behavioral Design Intern at MiBolsillo, Nicole utilized behavioral science to enhance user experience through product design. During tenure at New York University's Bobst Library Computer Center, Nicole provided desktop support and developed a scheduling system using HTML/CSS and Adobe Illustrator. Additionally, Nicole served as a Resident Advisor for MIT’s MOSTEC program and participated as a student in the same program, focusing on app development. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Digital Media from NYU Tandon School of Engineering and a high school diploma from Naugatuck High School.
