Alix Pellissard has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of HR at addactis since February 2014, also holding roles as Deputy Head of HR and HR Business Partner. Responsibilities include leading HR project management for the implementation of group-wide HRIS systems and overseeing various HR processes such as payroll, personnel administration, training, and reporting. Previous positions include Chargée de projets RH at Chaire EMLYON & TOUPARGEL, where project management, career development, and recruitment were key tasks, and various internships focused on recruitment, internal communication, and HR development at companies like Brake France and Aldes. Alix Pellissard holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from emlyon business school and a Master of International Business from Queen's University.
