Marcio Akita is an experienced operations and R&D executive with a strong background in the cosmetics industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations & R&D Executive at ADCOS IND. E COM. since November 2018, Marcio previously held the position of Executive Industrial Manager at Coty from February 2016 to November 2018. Marcio also worked as a Senior Manager in R&D Cosmetics at Hypermarcas S/A for 14 years, from February 2002 to February 2016. Marcio's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and an MBA in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, along with a degree from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes.
