Catherine Smith is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in employee relations, recruitment, policy development, training and development, and performance management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning since January 2014, Catherine previously held the position of Regional HR Manager at St John Ambulance and HR Manager at Bell Educational Services Ltd. Catherine's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Anglia Ruskin University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Africa, and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Newcastle Technical College.
