Ilias Tsipouras, PE, CCM, is a skilled project engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at ADCI (Airport Design Consultants, Inc.) since March 2017, Ilias has previously held the position of Design Engineer II. Prior to this role, Ilias worked at Allan Myers Inc. from June 2012 to March 2017 as Project Engineer I, and at Corman Construction from April 2010 to May 2012 as a Project Engineer. Ilias holds a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Maryland, earned between 2005 and 2009.
