Usman Mufti is an experienced finance professional with a comprehensive background in collections and relationship management. Currently serving as Collection Manager and Team Leader at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since October 2010, Usman Mufti has successfully managed both soft and hard delinquent portfolios, implementing strategies to meet resolution targets and maintain low net credit loss levels. Prior experience includes serving as Collection Manager at RBS, where Usman Mufti developed collection strategies for the Abu Dhabi region, and as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management at Standard Chartered Bank, managing a significant client portfolio. Beginning a career at Askari Bank as Team Manager for Retail Banking, Usman Mufti launched various finance products and consistently exceeded sales targets. Usman Mufti holds a Master of Business Administration from Preston University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Peshawar.
