Ala'a Shadid, CAMS, ICAS, CIBE®, has extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors, currently serving as the Transaction Service Team Leader at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since December 2014, with prior roles as Branch Head Teller and Bank Teller. Previous experience includes accounting positions at NAFFCO FZCO from October 2012 to April 2014, where responsibilities encompassed managing financial accounts, vendor payments, and month-end closures. Additionally, Ala'a worked as an Islamic Finance Executive at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in early 2012, focused on sales and customer relationship management. Ala'a holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from AL Ain University of Science and Technology, completed in 2011.
