Alicia Delport has extensive experience in sustainability, compliance, and regulatory advisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Sustainability Performance at APA Group, Alicia oversees the Group Sustainability Roadmap and annual Sustainability Reporting aligned with international standards. Previously, as Climate and Sustainability Manager at Adbri Limited, Alicia led stakeholder engagement to drive sustainability initiatives and implement decarbonization strategies. Earlier positions include establishing the Group Compliance Function at Adbri, managing compliance systems at QUT, and providing compliance support to energy generation at Origin Energy. Alicia's career began at ExxonMobil, focusing on environmental management and regulatory compliance in LNG projects. Academically, Alicia holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Environmental Management, Sustainable Development from The University of Queensland.
