Mazin L. Sayed, PhD, is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various high-level legal roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as General Counsel at ADASI since March 2023, Mazin leads a legal team, manages relationships with stakeholders, and oversees the drafting and negotiation of agreements. Previously, Mazin held the position of MEA Senior Regional Legal Counsel at SYSTRA, where responsibilities included analyzing bids, providing legal support during project delivery, and acting as compliance officer for the region. Other noteworthy roles include Head of Legal & International Projects at SATELEC and International Contracts and Business Counsel at BRGM. Mazin holds a PhD in Contracts and Business Law from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and advanced degrees from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and Cairo University.
